FAQ
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. If an item has free shipping & handling, it will be clearly noted in the description. If an item does not have free shipping & handling, you will be charged the amount shown on the invoice (the actual amount is usually a function of your zip code and the weight of the item). If your item is being shipped to a destination other than the 48 contiguous US States, we reserve the right to review the shipping charges calculated by the "automated shipping calculator" for reasonableness; if, in our opinion, the charges are not reasonable, we will either cancel the order or contact you with revised shipping charges which you may accept or reject (within 48 hours); rejection will result in your order being cancelled.
