With the exception of food, you may return any item for any reason within 30 days of our shipping date; you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount (this does not include shipping) applied to your original payment method and account. Returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued for food.

All items are new. Any manufacturer's warranties / guarantees which are issued with a purchase are valid, subject to the terms of the manufacturer.

If you order a product and it is unavailable, we will fully refund all charges PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $25 to your original payment method and account. We will only pay the $25 "Out of Stock" fee once per product per client. Determination of availability is solely at our discretion. (Some items are custom and have fairly long lead times)

You do not need a return authorization to return an item but a phone call in advance to let us know would be greatly appreciated. Returns may be POST MARKED up to 30 calendar days from our shipping date which is clearly shown on the invoice.

In no case will a refund be issued for a return which is received by us more than 45 calendar days from our shipping date. We will not issue refunds for items which do not comply with this policy. If you send us a return which is not in compliance with our policy and you want us to send it back to you - you will have up to 30 calendar days from our receipt of the non-compliant return to prepay an amount equal to the original shipping charges plus a $25 dollar administrative/handling fee; the item will be shipped back to you once the funds clear provided the funds clear within 45 calendar days of our receipt of your non-compliant return.

Any party which attempts to nullify, bypass, negate, invalidate or otherwise render these policies ineffective by any means or mechanism, including through a bank, debit card system, credit card company or other credit entity or vehicle, will be liable for all original charges and any additional charges and damages incurred by Born Style related to the incident from any and all sources including: administrative, legal and collections; additional assessments for damages will not be less than $250 and may, at our discretion, be charged to your original payment method . If necessary, legal action will be taken and criminal charges could be filed.
